FrenchToast - Packaging declares that the product is gluten free but it doesn't show a certification mark from any of the major testing organizations like GFCO. Further inquiry revealed that the manufacturer periodically tests this product but doesn't disclose how often or the method (e.g. ELISA assay) used.
