Paulywally - Ferrara Pan has stated gluten-free information which says that none of their products contain wheat, oat, rye, or barley or their derivatives or are made with wheat, oat, rye or barley gluten. No Ferrara Pan products are made on equipment that is also used to make products containing any of the contaminants.
